Ownership & skills development
The company is actively developing staff skill levels throughout the manufacturing process and offers all employees the opportunity to participate in a share ownership scheme. 30% of the companies stock is held in a trust and managed by our auditors for and on behalf of its members.
A further 15% of stock is held by Mr S Mohlala who is also a Director.
Procurement
Wherever possible our procurement policy dictates that we source from BBBEE compliant companies, with our primary supplier being SAPPI.
