Kerston Foods is one of Cape Town’s longer established distributors to the restaurant and hotel trade with a reputation that stretches back to 1994. From humble beginnings, consisting of a 100sqm warehouse and a single van the original two partners (now joined by a third) are enthusiastic about their business and their customers. Kerston have carved a niche for themselves by catering for a wide range of exotic lines in addition to the normal products carried by their competition. Their Asian products in particular are an important line and most products are available ex stock where others would need days to source. In fact, Kerston pride themselves on researching and sourcing the customer's requirements for special lines and will go out of their way to track down the unusual.
