Delaire Chardonnay Barrel Fermented 2004
An exceptinal Chardonnay from high altitude mountain vineyards. Complexity enhanced by sensitive Oaking (9 months barrel matured). Uninhibited pear and peach fruit on the nose with characteristic Butterscotch and vanilla on the palate.
Delaire Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot 2000
Selected from low yielding vineyards, two noble varietals harmoniously blended. Intense blackcurrant and minty nose, delicious nutty chocolate flavours and ripe rewarding tannins.
Delaire Botmaskop 2002
A Classic full-bodied Cabernet, made only in exceptional years from vineyards high on the Botma's Peak. A third of the wine was made in an old world style with post fermentation on the skins, with the remainder made in a ripe fruit-driven new world style, blended to produce a wine which embodies the best South African wine making.
Delaire Chardonnay 2004 (Unwooded)
Green apple, citrus and pear fruit with a rich complex, creamy palate. The finish is dry with a firm acid follow through that lifts the flavour. Intense, fresh lingering aftertaste.
